What is GFB?
GFB is an online marketplace connecting savvy shoppers to independent fashion designers and retailers through a personal shopping and discovery platform. All of the stores and products you find on Global Fashion Brands have been created and uploaded by each designer.

I stumbled here from a Facebook Store, how are you connected?
If you've found us through a Facebook page store, chances are you were shopping on a designer or retailer's page that you LIKE on Facebook. We power a "Sell Your Fashion" application on Facebook that allows designers and retailers to create stores and sell right from their Facebook Pages.
Is GFB free?
Yes, GFB is free to join. We can't cover your purchases though :).
Is GFB available near me?
Yes, GFB is not restricted to any particular locations. You have the ability to search 'Sellers' or 'Products' based on location or zip code. Please be sure to check the shipping and return policies before completing a purchase to ensure the designer or retailer ships to your location.
Do I need to register before checking out?
No, you can checkout as a guest. You do not need an account to browse and shop on GFB, however in order to create your own personal shopping feed and/or to receive our Flash Sales (up to 80% off), you need to register.

Can I earn money by referring friends?
You’re making us blush! When logged in, please use our Invite Form to ask your friends to shop with you on GFB. We plan to implement a rewards program very soon!

Is GFB an E-Commerce website?
GFB has two distinct features:
- GFB acts as a venue to allow users who comply with GFB's terms of use to offer, sell and purchase certain retail goods at fixed prices. GFB is not a venue for auction formats (for example, like Ebay). This is where your Personal Shopping Feed comes in - you can browse and purchase products directly from the Business.
- GFB offers limited time sales or pop-up stores on behalf of sellers that allow shoppers to purchase items directly from GFB. All purchases made during sales or pop-up store events are for products or services provided by the seller of these goods or services, however you will be transacting with GFB directly during the sale. The seller will handle fulfillment of all purchases, including shipping, returns, and exchanges.
How do I purchase products on GFB?
You checkout on Global Fashion Brands with a credit card or bank account via Paypal. You are making the purchase from the designer or retailer that your product is listed from. Global Fashion Brands does not handle shipping of your products.
How can I track my order?
You will recieve an email from the designer or retailer within 48-72 hours after completing your purchase with purchase and/or shipping details. You can also track your payment through your Paypal Account.
Is GFB planning on offering additional purchasing options in the future?
Yes. Currently when checking out through GFB, you may use your credit card or bank account to pay via Paypal. We are working on expanding these features for you.
Where are the Shipping, Return, and Refund policies for retailers located?
You should find this information on each individual product page (see image).

How do I complete a purchase on Global Fashion Brands?
- You will be asked to submit your Shipping Information prior to payment
- Once completed, you will be redirected to pay the designer or retailers via Paypal.
- You can choose to Login or Create an Account with Paypal OR you can simply pay with your credit card.
- Once payment is completed, your purchase is complete and you will receive a confirmation email from Global Fashion Brands and Paypal.
PayPal provides a secure transaction environment so you can trust your personal information is safe - we will never have access to your financial information.
Can I pay any other way besides going through PayPal?
At this time, no you can not. We are working on expanding our checkout offerings. Keep in mind that you don't need an actual Paypal Account to complete your purchase, you can use your credit or debit card.
Why don't you accept credit cards on Global Fashion Brands?
At this time we only accept credit cards used through PayPal. We are always looking at ways to enhance our user experience, please be assured that we'll strive to bring you the best possible experience.
Where can I file a dispute for my PayPal purchase?
We suggest first trying to settle the dispute by contacting the seller directly through our messaging tool, secondly try contacting their customer service department (if available on their website), and finally you can submit a complaint through PayPal. Where can I see how much the Shipping costs are?
Each product pages should contain shipping prices. If the shipping tab is not present, please be sure to double-check the retailer website for shipping costs and details.

What does 'local pick up' mean?
If you would like to pick up the item in-store instead of having it shipped, this will zero out any shipping costs. You will be able to pick up the item beginning 24 hours after the sale.
I live near the retailer I'm buying from; can I just pick it up for free?
If the retailer chooses to offer local pick up, then yes you can, you'll see this noted in the product image above. When checking out please select the 'local pick up' checkbox, and be sure to hit the blue refresh button to zero out your shipping costs!
Who do I contact if I have shipping problems?
Please contact the designer or retailer you made the purchase through as Global Fashion Brands does not handle any direct shipments. If you can't reach the retailer, please contact us.
Where do I check on the delivery of my item?
When purchasing directly from a retailer on Global Fashion Brands, please be sure to check their shipping policies or contact them directly with questions. You should recieve a confirmation email from the designer or retailer with your tracking # within 48-72 hours. Global Fashion Brands does not directly handle shipping or return confirmations.
What is the refund policy when shopping on Global Fashion Brands?
Please refer to the retailer's return and refund policy. If this information is not available, please be sure to contact the retailer directly for return and refund details.
How do exchanges work on Global Fashion Brands purchases?
Global Fashion Brands does not handle returns or exchanges. If you are interested in exchanging, please contact the retailer the purchase is from.

How do I search for designers or retailers on GFB?
- You can search by business name or business type (e.g. women’s clothing, dresses, swimwear) in our Seller Search at the top of each page
- Or you can browse by business type using our category listings
How do I search for Products on GFB?
- When registering, we walk you through a 3 step personalization process to match your style with products from GFB. This includes choosing favorite designers, brands, stores, sizes, product types, and more.
- You can search by a product name or product type (e.g. maxi dress, polo shirt) in our Product Search at the top of each page.
- Browse by product category
How do the Sorts work in the Product Search?
- "View Only" Sorts (Sale Items, Free Shipping, Men's Products): These will filter all search results based on your selection.
- "Browse By" Sorts (Brand/Designer, Store, Size, Color): To filter the results, click on the grey arrow and make your selections, then click on 'Apply'. You can use all of the "Browse by" sorts at once.
- "Sort by" Sorts (Best Match, Location, Price): These will filter your results based on the terms you are searching (e.g. 'black cocktail dress'), location (if you choose to use this; leaving the 'Near' field blank will search all of GFB, and by price.
To reset any of your results, simply click 'Reset All' or the Red 'X'.
How do I add a business to my Shopping Feed that I find while searching?
Click 'View Store' and then click 'Follow Us' on the Store Front to add this Business to your Shopping Feed.
How does the ranking system work when searching for businesses on GFB?
Rankings for businesses are determined by the total # of followers for each. So a business with 50 followers will rank higher than one with 35. Be sure to follow your favorites to boost their ranking!

How do I sign up?
Register here, and you’ll be on your way! We've simplified the registration process by allowing you to register via Facebook.
How do I make changes to my email or password?
Click on ‘Manage Account’ in your Account Admin where you can take care of both of these.
How do I unsubscribe from GFB emails?
Every email you receive from GFB includes a one-click link to unsubscribe. Under your ‘Manage Account’ Admin, you will also see notification selections to turn on/off for new comments, friend requests, or messages received.
Why am I still receiving emails from GFB?
On the rare occasion, we may be forced to send out important account related items that are sent to all registered members, even if you have unsubscribed from newsletters, Flash Sales, or notifications.
Can I socialize and interact with friends on GFB?
Yes! You can choose to Follow your friends on GFB, comment on their profile, view their recent Facebook 'Likes' and 'Activity', and ask for advice on a particular purchase!
I don't use Facebook, do I need to have a Facebook account to use GFB?
No, you are not required to connect your profile to your Facebook account as this is offered as a value add service.. To discontinue your GFB and Facebook Connection, please visit Facebook > Your Account > Privacy Settings > Application and Websites, and remove GFB from your Approved Applications. If you have any questions on this, please visit Customer Service.

How do I create my own Personal Shopper?
It's easy! Just register and follow the 3 step personalization process to save your settings - and you are good to go. Be sure to add enough retailers and boutiques to your feed to ensure plenty of products and sales to choose from!
What is the GFB Feed Tab in my home page?
The GFB Feed is your own personal shopper which will only show products that match your chosen product types, sizes, location, price range, designers, brands, and stores!
You can also view any new events, coupons, and announcements created by your favorite sellers.
What is the Sales Tab in my home page?
We run regular Flash Sales that feature inventory up to 80% off. You can quickly view all of the products that match your preferences (for example, only ones in your size), in addition to being able to view the entire sale.
How do I add seller to my Feed?
On each Store Front page, you will see a link that says “Follow Us”. Simply click on this and you have successfully added them to your Shopping Feed.
How do I change my existing Shopper and Seller settings?
You will see links on your Home Page to add, edit, and delete your existing settings. This includes the ability to remove sellers from your Feed. We believe in less clutter - we hope you do too.
What's my Social Feed?
We optimize bulk updates and connect with Facebook to allow you to shop closely with your friends on GFB.
Can I remove or change any of my Feed headers?
At this time we do not support this feature. If you would like to suggest any updates, please let us know.
What is my Shopper Profile for?
This is to showcase a little about your style and shopping personality. You can share style videos, images, and much more to the GFB shopping community.
How do I upload a video to my Shopper Profile?
Click up 'Upload Video' in your Account Admin and follow the prompts. At this time we only accept ONE video per user.

Can I report or Flag a suspicious business or user?
Yes. We use a flagging system to moderate our users and businesses. By flagging misrepresented businesses or users that are breaking the terms of use, GFB can take appropriate action including complete removal from GFB. You can also contact us directly to report a user or business.
How will my personal information be used if I do decide to sign up?
Your privacy is very important to us. We will not sell or give your personal information to anyone. We will occasionally send you emails on important updates or other important account information, but we will never SPAM you. You can read our entire privacy policy here.
How can I report a user or business that is breaking the terms of use?

What happens when I delete or deactivate my account?
You melt. No, when you delete or deactivate your account, you will take all of your personally identifiable information, pictures, and videos with you.
